My Approach
Hi, I’m Danielle. I’ve always been the person people turn to when they need a safe place to land—a listening ear, a calm presence, and gentle encouragement to find their way forward. Creating space for others to feel seen, supported, and understood has been a constant thread throughout my life and career. Over time, I realized that what came most naturally to me — helping people slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves — was the work I most wanted to do. Coaching felt like the next step, a way to offer that kind of support more intentionally and to more people.
My coaching style is collaborative, empathetic, and rooted in practical strategies. Each session is designed to leave you feeling empowered, focused, and ready to take action. I create a grounded, compassionate space where you can pause, reflect, and design the next chapter of your life with clarity and intention.

How is Coaching Different from Therapy?
Coaching and therapy are distinct approaches to personal development and well-being. Therapists are trained to treat mood disorders, anxiety disorders, addiction, or other mental health conditions, while coaches are not. The focus in therapy may be on healing from and addressing past traumas with an emphasis on understanding how the past impacts the present. Coaching, on the other hand, is forward-focused, designed to help you identify goals, overcome barriers, and create strategies to achieve the future you envision.

Introductory conversation to learn if we click. It's a chance for a mini coaching session to experience my work and help you decide whether my coaching is the right fit for you.

An opportunity for a deeper dive to get to know you, your passions and challenges. We will design how we will work together, discuss expectations, define goals and outline the areas we will focus on during coaching.

Our regular coaching sessions center on what is happening in your life that is most important to explore, while staying connected to the change you are seeking that brought you to coaching.
Frequency and duration vary depending on coaching agreement, with most sessions 45-60 minutes.
One-Time Coaching
A focused 60-minute session designed to help you gain clarity, explore a challenge, or take action on a specific goal. Perfect for first-time clients or those seeking targeted support.
$150 per session
Rediscover & Reset Program
A 3 OR 6-month package of 1-2 60-minute sessions per month to help you identify goals, build momentum, and stay accountable as you navigate change. Includes email check-ins between sessions for added support.
