More About Me
Hi, I’m Danielle. I’ve always been the person people turn to when they need a safe place to land—a listening ear, a calm presence, and gentle encouragement to find their way forward. Creating space for others to feel seen, supported, and understood has been a constant thread throughout my life and career.
Over time, I realized that what came most naturally to me, helping people slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves, was the work I most wanted to do. Coaching felt like the next step, a way to offer that kind of support more intentionally and to more people.
My coaching style is collaborative, empathetic, and rooted in practical strategies. Each session is designed to leave you feeling empowered, focused, and ready to take action. I create a grounded, compassionate space where you can pause, reflect, and design the next chapter of your life with clarity and intention.
Our time together will give you…
Honest, meaningful conversations in a safe, supportive space to help you get clear on what you want.
Fresh perspective and thoughtful challenges to move you forward when you feel stuck.
Structure, encouragement, and accountability—so you don’t have to do it alone.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to authenticity, connection, joy, balance, and meaning. I bring a lens of equity and social justice to everything I do—continuing to learn, listen, and stay accountable as I support others in discovering and honoring their own values and voice.
Outside of coaching, I’m deeply connected to my community and have spent over 20 years working in the nonprofit and public sectors across the Puget Sound region. Throughout it all, I’ve found joy in helping others see the bigger picture, identify what matters most, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
I’m a lifelong Seattleite who loves cheering on local sports teams (including my own kids), exploring local trails, losing myself in a good book, baking something new, or spending time with family and friends. These everyday moments remind me of what matters most: connection, presence, and the courage to keep growing.
